Services offered
AgentiLabs provides applied AI and product development services, including but not limited to AI system design and implementation, workflow automation, web and mobile product development, and systems integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements.
Engagement terms
All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon before work begins. These terms apply to general use of this website and to the working relationship in the absence of a more specific agreement. Verbal commitments are not binding; changes to agreed scope must be confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client owns the deliverables produced specifically for that engagement. AgentiLabs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used to produce the work. Open-source components used in delivery remain subject to their original licences.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. Neither party will use the other's confidential information for purposes outside the scope of the project.
Limitation of liability
AgentiLabs' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We make reasonable efforts to deliver production-grade software, but do not warrant that any system will be entirely free of defects.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with AgentiLabs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
