The problem

A founder had a validated thesis but no product. They needed a first version built quickly enough to test pricing, onboard early users, and generate real evidence before the fundraising window closed.

The approach

We ran a one-week scoping sprint to strip the idea down to its essential workflow — the one job users needed to do before anything else. Then a five-week build: design, full-stack development, and a launch instrumented with analytics to measure the two or three things that would tell the founder whether the hypothesis was right.

The outcome

The founder closed their first paying customers within two weeks of going live. The usage data from those early weeks formed the evidence base for a successful pre-seed raise. The codebase was handed off with architecture documentation and clear extension points for the next hire.
